Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by FillMaticPro and to every distance contract concluded between FillMaticPro and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
Article 3 – The offer
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on FillMaticPro.
Article 4 – The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it. FillMaticPro confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for the full conditions and how to exercise this right. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided on that page, but is not obliged to do so; any unequivocal statement is sufficient.
Article 6 – Price and payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. The products remain the property of FillMaticPro until payment has been received in full.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery times and shipping costs are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. The delivery times stated are indicative.
Article 8 – Warranty and conformity
FillMaticPro warrants that the products comply with the contract and with statutory provisions. The machines carry the manufacturer warranty stated on our Warranty page, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.
Article 9 – Complaints and disputes
Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted to servicedesk@fillmaticpro.com. We will confirm receipt of a complaint and aim to respond within five working days. These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Belgian law. If the consumer is resident in another EU country, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of that country. We are not obliged to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution and are not affiliated with a dispute resolution body. If we cannot reach a solution together, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or, if you bought from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country. You may also bring the matter before the competent court.
