An electric cigarette filling machine. It fills empty filter tubes with tobacco. It does not contain tobacco, nicotine or any consumable, and it is not an electronic cigarette or vaporiser.

These machines are not intended for persons under 18. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over.
Power
All machines run on mains power, through the supplied adapter or a built-in power supply. Use only the supplied adapter or mains cord, and only a socket with the voltage shown on the type plate. There is no built-in battery in any machine. The exact specification is shown on each product page.
Before first use
Read the manual. Unplug before cleaning or before putting any tool into the tobacco processing area. Never put foreign objects into a running machine. Keep away from children.
Safe use
Unplug before you open, clean or clear the machine. If an adapter gets hot, smells or discolours, stop using it and contact us — we replace it. Do not use the machine if the housing or cable is damaged. Keep it dry: no water, no wet cloths on the electronics.
Tobacco
Use fine-cut volume tobacco at 8–10 % moisture. Too damp gives a JAM or HOPPER message; too coarse blocks the mechanism. Remove tobacco residue after every use — it hardens and blocks the machine over time.
Disposal
This is electrical equipment. Do not put it in household waste. Return it to a collection point for electrical equipment, or contact us at servicedesk@fillmaticpro.com.
